Jim Jones & Mary Waddell

We are a husband and wife team. Jim is originally from Georgia. He lived in the Northwest for many years and returned to Mt. Pleasant in 2003 to be near his daughter. Jim has a General Contractors license and was a previous homebuilder until he moved to the lowcountry.

Mary is from Virginia and has lived on the South Carolina coast for 30 years. Mary lived in Pawleys Island for 13 years before moving to Mt. Pleasant in 2003.

We love the coastal life in Mt. Pleasant and have built our business over the past 18 years.
